Narration Induced Inflammation!

Very interesting topic but in over 15 years with Audible I have never heard such boring robotic narration. I thought it was a computer’s PDF reader. I managed to marginally improve it by altering the speed to 1.2. Unfortunately the narrator made it very difficult to fully absorb the huge amount of information because it was so painful to hear. I am looking forward to reading the PDF content.

Full of important information

This book teaches me the importance of proper nutrition as lack of it manifests in all kinds of diseases. I'm planning to increase omega 3 intake daily.

This book is so boring and the performance of the reader made it worse. Not the book I thought it would be 🤦‍♀️

I wouldn't waste my money

long and drawn-out, robotic piece of rubbish repeating itself over and over.
The book could have been written with listening time less than 1 hours.
A big sell for synthetic vitamin which the author gets kick backs from and most wouldn't be able to afford to eat if they bought what he recommended $$$$
Although i could still take a little of helpful information from this book i would have preferred more information about living a healthy lifestyle - too much about supplements and pills for my liking and it could have been much, much shorter. I honestly couldn't get through it will the same babble over and over.

If you want to sleep..

I thought the narrator was a AI, but probably just a very boring human. The book is full of 'might cause', 'very likely that', 'effects an estimated x million Americans'. No facts, but have a supplement solution for everything. Once listed different illnesses for a full minute one after the other.
