The best sleep book
This is an amazing book and has really made me feel positive about what I am doing as a Mother and how I wasn’t to raise my children. Thanks for making me stop self doubting my beliefs and practices.

The live with it approach
My take of this book is if you do:
- bed sharing
- adjust your expectations
- diet well
- get a comforter
- reduce screen time
- look after yourself
Then, if you are still sleep deprived just live with it. Because that's normal.
