It made something 'switch' in my brain

I've found this book incredibly helpful.
My entire outlook on food now is thoroughly changed for the better.
In the last few days, I've been eating regularly and nutritiously, guilt free. I'm already feeling so much better! My binge cravings have (already) reduced dramatically.
I now have the tools to work through my binge compulsions, but the best part, I have a positive understanding on 'how' to eat and have found my love for food again!
Food is beautiful, it is medicine!
Break free from the 'traps', this book, I highly recommend 🤗

Miracle. Cured my Binge Eating Disorder of 27 years

I want to give a huge thank you to the author & narrator of this book. I was struggling from BED since I was 5 years old. I am 31 now & finally my BED is cured. My most effective go to technique was not to act on binge impulses as advised by the author. If I have binge urges, I tell myself Its ok & I DO NOT ACT on them. They automatically go away in 10-20 mins or so. I cannot thank the author & the narrator enough. Thank you for changing my life.

Great to put your mind at ease

This book has helped give me some good tips to control my eating. even if its not a binge but also just over all.

The voice is a bit tedious however worth pushing through it.

Good book and informative but dragged on I however did love the hypnotherapy in the last few chapters

This book has helped me so much.

I have spent 40 years dieting, bingeing and depriving myself of food. I have seen psychiatrists, psychologists, dieticians and psychotherapists. This book is non-judgmental and genuinely supports the reader to feel ok about themselves. It has given me permission to eat regularly and change my self-sabotaging food habits to ones that are healthy and compassionate.
I recommend this book to anyone that is cursed with low self-esteem and has a negative body image. The Binge Code helps readers to accept themselves in a way other books cannot. The non-punitive approach is refreshing and has been life-changing for me.
I wish everyone as much success as I have had.
