If Are Already A Saint, This Is The Book For You!

"An optimistic parent never criticises, never raises their voice, never loses their cool" ... After such an introduction, I didn't make it past the author's notes. If you're already a perfect human being (and a parent), this could be the book for you! I thought the reader sounded patronizing (kinda sing-song), and the author sounded remarkably dissociated from reality. I'm not a fan.
