Publisher's Summary

Are you tired of being shy and uncertain about yourself? Tired of negative self-talk that makes you feel bad and stops you from living your life to the fullest?

Are you ready to learn how to truly love and accept yourself as the perfectly imperfect person you are now?

Most people nowadays suffer from low self-esteem. And of course we do! We live in a world where we call people who love themselves arrogant, where we encourage children to compete with one another in school, and where we immerse ourselves daily in media of all the millions of things we have to do before we are considered adequately lovable.

Low self-esteem, low confidence, self-doubt, self-hatred, shyness, guilt, shame, soul-crushing depression - call it whatever you want, the idea is the same: You, the person whose opinion should matter to you the most, don't accept yourself.

The 21-Day Self-Love Challenge will help you to:

  • Develop self-love and acceptance in an easy step-by-step way
  • Realize the importance of taking good care of yourself and your body, and how to bring this in practice
  • Let go of self-talk, behaviors, things, and people that do not serve you
  • Understand why most self-love books you've heard before didn't work
  • Develop new habits that will significantly boost your feelings of self-love on a daily basis
  • And much more!

five stars!

This book was recommended to me by a friend. I found it easy to listen to and entertaining. The book is not too long so you should be able to get through it quickly - or take your time with each chapter to get the most out of the author's advice. Listen to a chapter and let it marinate in your mind before moving on. I really enjoyed Amy Johnson's style of narration.

One of the most helpful books I've read/listen to

Any additional comments?

21 Days to a new habit, I like this concept!

I have listened to the self-love challenge randomly over the last 2 weeks, but I noticed that the words sank in most deeply when I listened to a chapter upon waking. It would set the tone for the day making me genuinely want to take good care of myself.

In every chapter the author shares some knowledge on how to develop self-love and a little exercise to put the information in practice so you don't forget it minutes after you turn off the audio.

One of the most helpful books I've read/listened to so far, recommended!

Very inspiring

Any additional comments?

When I was a teenager I suffered from a constant lack of self-esteem. I was unhappy with the way I looked, with the way I was dressed, unsatisfied with my social life... and now when I look back I realize how silly it was. True happiness comes when we unconditionally accept ourselves with all of our flaws. And this audiobook is a wonderful guide that helped me to develop a healthy relationship toward myself. It explains in an easy way how to accept and fall in love with YOURSELF! I highly recommend it! Try the 21-Day self-love challenge, you won't regret it.

Impressed with the book

What other book might you compare The 21-Day Self-Love Challenge to and why?

This audiobook offers valuable advice on how to let go of the things in life that restricts us on our quest toward happiness. I am just 5 days into the 21 Day Self-Love Challenge and I already see some improvements. I think more positively and my self-esteem is greater than ever. I am not a native English speaker and a good narration means everything to me. The narrator of this book did such a wonderful job, she is very pleasant to listen to and her voice even reminds me of a great teacher I had in my high school. I highly recommend this book to everyone!

Absolutely loved it

One of the only self-help books that has actually made a permanent shift in the choices I make in my day-to-day life and WHY I make them. I'm no longer so hard on myself, yet at the same time I'm living a healthier life, not because I have to, but because I want to. Highly recommended if you feel like your fighting against yourself!!

I LOVE this book!

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

I was attracted to this audiobook because the cover is not some cheesy picture of people with fake smiles. The cover and the title gave me enough curiosity to purchase it and I am sooo glad I did it. The book presents some interesting ideas and techniques how to slowly transform the way you look upon yourself. How to develop self-esteem, let go of negative self-talk and in the end, unconditionally fall in love with yourself. It is ideal to listen in the mornings upon waking, for 5-10 mins., and start your day with some positive thoughts.
