Extremely helpful

I found it surprisingly related to so many steps I did in my previous relationship, and even when I thought I was ready to go to the top of the mountain straight away, I realized that I still need to work in some many levels.
The only chapter I found disappointed was Sexuality, I felt it was very conservative and I during the whole chapter it was like dated. But the rest amazing.
