Personal account
Not a scientific review of effective treatments, but never the less, some will find it helpful. Might be particularly useful for women caught up in a social culture of heavy drinking.

Great practical tips
Some great practical strategies to cut back on drinking. I loved it for the simplicity and real empathy the author seemed to have, given she's been through it all herself. Easy to listen to as well. Highly recommend.
