Excellent

It's amazing how well they have incorporate meditation into scientific research and developed everyday practical methods to heal. I've listened to it thrice already and it's helped me in 3 weeks to feel more calm and activate the parasympathetic nervous system and being aware of my thoughts.
Would have been good if introduction and following meditation were in the same chapter instead of the meditation to a specific introduction being in the next Chapter.

Very well done

The narration was soothing and calming. I found these meditations easy to follow and they can be followed over again.
