Thank you for teaching us the value of being true to yourself in life

Lou Tice brought the world a gift of sharing the message that true happiness begins in our hearts and from within. That being true to oneself and being genuine is the key to helping ourselves and others in life. Happiness has many measures but only one completes us. The message will hold true forever. Surprisingly rounded

Plenty of material here to grab on to.
For me, the concepts are very well taught. I will re-listen with a note book, so I can focus on the parts I need.
