Worth a listen
I like the insights from the perspective of this is their view of the world, and here is your view and how the two views can work together.
I like that it was about five and take and really thoughtful and informative.
It was good and I will have to have another listen.

Stars all around
One of the best relationship books I've read, easy to follow touches on many things and similar to brene brown in relatability and encouragement of self compassion.

So good I bought a hard copy as well
This was an amazing book with so much valuable information. I could resonate with the author on so many levels. It made me really take a look at myself and my loved ones on a deeper level! Would recommend this to anyone wanting to grow a loving relationship with themselves and others.

Argh - when you hate the narrator
This voice - does not work with the book... the message is so good but this women doesn’t read it with the right pace. Going to buy the hard copy.
