very breif

this was a very short book with a brief run down of the diet however i would have enjoyed more scientific explanations about why it works.

This made soooo much sense

Would you listen to Ketogenic Diet Do's and Don'ts for Beginners again? Why?

I do all the time actually, helps ingrain what I'm doing with this diet.

What did you like best about this story?

It was a how to start, and how and why to stay focused. The author clearly did well about identifying this as a starter book for this lifestyle and why.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

No, little snippets, it helps drive the point home. But in one run is totally possible.

Any additional comments?

This teaches you the beginnings of this lifestyle, and how not to sabotage it. I have actually recommended it to others that are struggling with starting this diet.
