unhelpful generalizations and guess work

Couldn't finish it. vague references to others work, generalizations and assumptions. maybe good if you are an introvert with no personal insite or ability to reflect. Could be damaging to the wrong people. Just avoid it, plentry of other great info/books available. listen to Tony Robbins instead.

The author was making too many generalisations- I cool t read it and am trying to wk out how to get my credit back
