not for me

While early on this book did have some good advice it mentioned Christianity throughout and quoted bible scriptures often enough to be annoying. I feel like this book should be renamed 'Happily ever after for those who want to be a good Christian'. I was disappointed as I loved the 5 love languages.

Book should only be aimed at lay people not professional therapists. Don’t waste your money.
