this book was great to help understand and get over an extremely tough subject to work though, with this help I dont think I would have envisaged a positive recovery

So much good advise
Still finishing listening, but even now i want to give 5 stars.
Lots of good points where they betrayed spouse is stuck and to release the mind from obsessive behaviour and self doubt.

The best resource
this has been better than anything else, my couples therapist included. follow this program and you will be much better off.
