Great Guidelines and Informative Topics

Really enjoyed this book. Gave solid examples to describe simple yet complex fitness topics. Helped me to understand my fitness goals and the methods needed to monitor, track and hit my goals.

Great listen - About fitness and life

I really enjoyed this. Although the focus is on fitness, it is also about life and tips to become successful through developing dedication and visualising what is possible. The important aspect was have to achieve the vision. Well done and I will have to listen to this again...and again.
