A few of the audiobook's helpful chapters include:
Also included is discussion of a current hot topic in the courts - "Parental Alienation Syndrome" - and how your abuser might try to use it against you.

interesting personal stories of abuse. helpful examination of legal and child protection systems. BUT research proves that when a woman leaves her abuser, the time period immediately following that is when she and/or her children are most likely to be killed by her abuser. I don't think this book talks about thar even once. That is troubling.
The audio quality was so terrible that I couldn't even listen to it. If it has useful information, I guess I'll miss it unless I buy a hard copy
wonderful and helpful, convincing.touching, emotional and idealistic, still, very practical. with concrete recommendations dependent on the gravity of the abuse.
Don't wait, read it! I have changed my life through the understanding she explains in a way that made me cry. Your soul will know!
