NATURALL GUIDE

brilliant book,The author gets deep into being positive and explaining how important your body being in shape is. I thought the chapter on maintaining relationships with people was awesome. It also shows how being grateful is the step toward your happiness. Recommended if you want to be happy finally! Pick it up!

This book is great to help you start practicing what it takes to bring some happiness into your life. It helps you to understand what happiness means to you, and how through focusing on yourself and your thought processes, you make your life a happier place. It also looks at other ways you can do this, through more obvious things like physical health.It works.

This book sums up very practical, down to earth advice on how to be happy. The main point that came across to me is that happiness is a choice and as such depends on how the individual chooses to act or react to the events of daily life. Simple advice...but not so simple to act out on a daily basis.highly recommended.
