Just what I needed

such an easy listen. Will be listening again with a n and pad.. I'm very motivated now to start new life habits and start forgiving myself for all the time I've given up on my motivation and fitness

Diet culture nonsense

There's absolutely nothing new in this book, and many of the concepts are stolen from years and years of diet culture nonsense - which simply doesn't cut it in our modern world. Would not recommend.
