Okay

Covers important aspects of fitness, however is repetitive at times not really complete. I would classify it more as a compendium of information you can you could get for free online

So all information was well put together. The offered resources however I wasn't able to locate due to I purchased this book on audible

Great lil book for advanced lifters

after not getting much out of BLS, I was pleasantly surprised with BBLS, definitely a few golden nuggets in here for advanced lifters

Excellent book. Science based. Actionable.

This book has everything you need to educate yourself on nutrition and training. More than that it allows you to take that information and apply it practically. The free bonus inclusions are worth 20x more than the price of the book, so you get truly amazing value.

great book for advance lifters

really enjoyed reading this book. I have read almost all his books. he covered every single thing about fitness in this book. highly recommended

No bullshit.
Easy to listen and follow, would definitely recommend to anybody. As recommended read or listen to bls beforehand.
