Worst $14 I have ever spent
so bad, the tips aren't even useful, I not sure if the physical book has diagrams explaining techniques, but as an audio book, it's not worth your money in my opinion

extintion is the default survival is the exception
nice collection of survival info from treating wounds to surviving and avalanche. not a long listen but good to keep your mind on situational awareness and planning.
