Fascinating and easy to digest
This book is a good introduction to understanding trauma and how and where it gets stuck; it made a lot of sense to me. I am pleased to have had this book recommend as the first book I decided to read on this topic. I will certainly look further into Levine's work.

Might I suggest if you haven’t got a pump shower get into a jacuzzi or spa bath and let the jets hit your various body parts by moving sideways etc and then rubbing your arms and let’s saying this is my body .
