About this listen
This small book contains a concise description of all the different types of writing I have used, to my great benefit, in the process of healing from being born into a sex cult, and from being groomed, blackmailed, tortured, and psychologically attacked by a trafficking ring as a young adult. The most important element in the healing process is taking full, personal responsibility for our healing. That means looking at every aspect of our lives and beginning to slowly shift into new habits. I like to call habits rituals. From my perspective, taking personal responsibility and shifting into new rituals are fundamental to the healing process.
