Publisher's Summary

Given enough time, stress, and kids, even the most satisfying sex life can turn ho-hum. Before long, you find that your conversations center on taking the garbage out, you make love only with the lights off, and experimenting in the bedroom means changing the color of the duvet. Dr. Kevin Leman throws bored and frustrated couples an intimacy lifeline. In just one week, couples will learn:

  • Why women need sex (and what stops them from wanting it)
  • Why men want sex (and why what's important to her is important to him, too)
  • How to reclaim space just for the two of them
  • How to communicate better for a more intimate connection
  • How to spice things up in the bedroom
  • And more

Dr. Leman's candid advice comes with a guarantee that with just a little attention to these doable strategies, husbands and wives can experience the kind of exciting intimacy they long for - not only by Friday but throughout their entire marriage. Includes a bonus section of questions and answers on how couples can improve their sexual communication.

Ridiculous

This book was written to inflate the deluded unilateral standard women have in their head that tells them everything they think and feel is their husbands responsibility and not her own. Let me sum it up, if men want sex they have to constantly serve their woman, drop everything for the opportunity to listen to her feelings, validate, coddle, and hold in your farts when she’s around. If you treat her like the queen of England and juggle the 23 flaming chainsaws that are tied to her self esteem then she’ll love you forever. Despite all the evidence proving the “nice guy who worships the ground she walks on” gets tossed aside for the alpha who doesn’t chase her ever moving goal post. This book was written by a 120lb virgin that agreed to write the assignment in his feminist studies class in hopes that the girl he partnered with will be his first. This crap may work in the short term but she’ll get bored being the boss and lose respect. Women think they want a servant because to dominate is to control and it’s convenient but absolutely not a recipe for long term success.

Interesting, some good points, but no fruition

Started out well but never really got to the point. I was hoping for more content and ways to improve. There were some good examples of what not to do but story consisted mainly of stories of others experience. Not the quantum leap I had hoped for

It’s good but...

I liked mostly everything. Quite open minded. But in the same time was a bit disappointed that author are totally against anal sex at all cost or that some couples could like and even have anal orgasms or play and experiment with stimulating those many thousand nerve-endings in that area with fingers or different toys or by rimming with tongue etc.

Outdated

Perfect for God fearing, abstinence teaching, "traditional family" types who typically ask for sexual advice from their church friends or pastor. Performer was well spoken and easily understood.

Too much talk about god

Nice words about woman. But when it comes to making love too much talk about how God intended sex only for married couples... Bla Bla Bla. If you are an atheist it is impossible to listen to this BS.
