I really wanted to like this series as i need some new cosy mysteries, but there's just something unlikeable about the main character. She's not someone I want to spend time with. Self-important and unobservant. Made it a few hours in and it's not growing on me. When the author used the word "drug" as the past tense of drag I decided to give up. No redeeming features.

I absolutely loved this series of stories! I couldn’t stop listening - I loved the characters, the easy to listen to storyline and the narration was spot on! I absolutely loved the ghost Chef and I never thought I would ever be jealous of someone who was being haunted by ghost chef but here I am wishing I had a ghost chef helping me with my cooking!! There is a perfect amount of drama, hilarity, suspense & twists in these short stories and I look forward to listening to the next lot 😃
