boring voice puts me to sleep

I struggled to finish each chapter. The woman has a very boring voice that puts me to sleep. Even when I speed it up, you guys need to find someone to marry your books who has a lot more energy. if this were a bedtime story book, I would have no issue with the. However, it's a textbook where I need to have this information for exams. So someone who sounds a little more animated would be nice, rather than someone who sounds like fear trying to lullaby you to sleep. Find someone to read your books who has a lot more energy, and doesn't sound so boring. I don't know how you guys choose people to marry to books, maybe you think of very calm, slow, soft voice is ideal, but its only idea live your trying to put someone to sleep. Need to find someone who reads with a lot of energy, and she is not it. I have restarted the same chapter several times, because I can't stop falling asleep. I don't even look forward to listening to her speak, because she sounds boring
