Publisher's Summary

No more Mr. Nice Guy...

Finch is tired of people jerking him around - and now, it’s time for payback against the powerful forces who have made him a pawn in their games. Returning to the surface world is his endgame, but while that seems nearly impossible, especially when a certain Necromancer and demigod have teamed up to take Finch out of the running, Finch plans to use all the tricks up his sleeve on his enemies. And before he’s force-fed the love potion that will ensure he loves Princess Kaya forever.

Good thing Shapeshifters are known for their trickery.

Drawn out!

This was a struggle to finished. I knew at about half way through when the book ended there would be no answer. For me this story line has been stretch out long enough. To me it was same as book 14, just with 2 new peice of information. If I wasn't so invest I would stop reading now. I am very disappointed, but hope book 16 gets better and we can final move on from Atlantis.

Least favorite of the series

Love the series, didn't care for this chapter of the story. It dragged on and on and was a little boring. While most of the other books seemed to end too soon, this one felt like it would never end. I think this whole book could have been cut in to 1/4 and added to the end of the last book. Positive notes: I did like the ending. Also, the narrator continues to get better and better and she blew it out the park on this book. #NARRATORBETTERTHANTHEBOOK

The ghostwriter penny drop

I didn't want to think it, but it's undeniable. Either Bella Forest doesn't exist, or she sold her name to the publishing gods and now is just a pen name for an army of ghostwriters. There is no way one person is putting out the amount of novels 'she' does every year. Maybe she wrote the first few Harley books, or maybe they were all ghostwritten. It makes alot of sense considering how this book concludes, or rather doesn't. Yet another open end to go onto another book, and another, and another. All in the name of making money. The story got tired long ago and is completely disjointed and ridiculous when you compare it to the first Harley books. It's painfully obvious these are written by multiple people for a salary. I'm just annoyed I paid into this system and it took till book 15 for me to say enough is enough.

finch

absolutely love finch great character. every book is class. the descriptions in the writers mind a bit long but that case the storyline is so intense you want to get to the next point. every book written in the series of Harley and Finch is class. but his whit and dry humour love it.

always looking forward to the next book. if it ever get the chance to go big screen pls don't lose its intrigue, storyline. next book role one. ready for the binge listen and sleepless nights.

Much better than prev book and left me on clifhang

I found the last book quite hard going as it was a little dull and slow paced. However, this one went by much quicker and was muchore like the previous books. Finch's humour and quips have me lol a few times and the cliffhanger on this one is gooood. Nice light listening.
