THE BOOK IS FINE

Good book to listen to! I know I should put a lot of effort into doing the challenges in the book. I spend a lot of time at work, so I had a hard time finding the spare time to listen to the book. Nevertheless, I found it a great listen. Effectivity of the exercises will also depend on what technique is the most suitable for you.

Science and Psychology made easy

Hormones, Dopamine, Oxytocin etc… I already finished these when I was in high school but it didn't get through me. The book focused on these terminologies and how important they are in the first parts of the book which is really a good foundation for those who already forgot or didn’t know the essence of hormones in happiness. This book reminded me how wonderful your mood can be if you are balanced in your chemistry.
