Dr Sharp does it again!

I’m am a huge fan of Dr Sharp’s work. He has a vulnerability and relatability about him that means his message is so powerful. This offering is just as good the others in the Habits series, if not better. Stellar job, Dr Sharp!

Great summation of lots of ideas

Provides different viewpoints in a non-judgemental way to encourage personal reflection and application. Well worth a listen even if just to consider varied points of view, philosophies and ideas.
