I have read many books like this and this one is best by far. Its one you can relate to, and I love how it talks about animals that relate to how you need to be that makes it memorable.

Best book of its type

Gung-Ho! Well that was painful. I tried to see some value in it, I really did...but there is none.

First 20mins was just character development, and once the 3 secrets were revealed, the last 20mins felt like the last 1hr of Lord of the rings... just wrap it up already. The storytelling style was terrible, is this a fantasy book or business book.

All the "Insights" are basically just the usual superficial leadership tropes. At a stretch, the "best" part to me, was the no beaver bosses section in the middle as I thought they might explore the organisational model, but it never delved deeper to provide any meaningful discovery.

Without the incessant rambling, this "book" would be a brochure.

Horrendous
