Relaxing and focussing

I loved it. It is restful and invigorating. Positive that encourages a.refocussing of your mind and goals. I love Traci’s voice as it creates the right environment

lame... and I'm a positive person

boring voice. boring annoying text... she talks too much and says you should do this and you should do that... gurl. telling someone to relax won't make him relaxed. this is way too basic. not recommended
