This woman has a kind manner and pleasant, even-handed, voice. (Sorry to be so shallow in this regard but I find this important in listening to these guided meditations.) She seems to be very knowledgeable in the study of human behavior and self-defeating tendencies (also crucial, or why would I listen to her insights?) I like her scripts and affirmations, I highly recommend this.
