Inappropriate reader

Unfortunately i couldnt continue listening to these as the reader has a lisp and irritating nasal/back of throat voice. Im not sure why anyone would pick a person who is unable to pronounce words to be a reader of a sleep meditation. I would consider this again if it could be re recorded as i was not even able to give the content a chance. Perhaps a male reader with a low soothing voice. Sorry this was aweful.

About weight loss. not sleep. Audible mislabeled?

I need to sleep. not lose weight . Narrator's voice is abrupt and colorless. She read the tale of contents which didn't put me to sleep!

It is one of the best audible!

Just by listening to this audio , you will really feel relaxed . The delivery is very soothing and of course the content is full of information we need so we could Matthew Confidence and focus on having good sleep and relaxation .

I find this book very interesting and helpful

A new section of my life that helped by the book.

Well speaking and thoughtful. Exercises are not easy but helpful if you're willing to do them. I would definitely recommend it.
