I Enjoyed It

I randomly get anxious, usually at night. anything can trigger it. it only has to make my heart rate beat a bit faster and then i'll start freaking out. its only been happening for the past 3 weeks and so its been kinda scary just randomly getting anxiety. This helps so much

I have anxiety but it is fairly well-controlled thanks to guided meditations, mindful breathing, and yoga. I was diagnosed with a panic disorder 2 years ago that was out of control. If anyone is ever wondering why something like this isn't working for them just remember, the first push-up is really hard when starting to work out, but once you do it several times it becomes easier. The same goes for meditating. When I first started I thought the anxiety that I struggled with was somehow different than everyone else's, that mine couldn't be helped by meditating. It's only because I wasn't sticking with it, stick with it! You will leap over that mountain someday, I promise!

Anxiety relief

It’s been years that I suffer from anxiety. I’m 23. I should be living the time of my life , instead I am here dying from anxiety. I’m scared for my future. I had dreams, I guess I still have but I’m so tired. I don’t want to be suicidal. If I did something stupid my parents would die. I just want to breathe and for once enjoy life.

I'm impressed with this Audio guide

i have a secret. i have severe social anxiety. it was caused by trauma 5 years ago that caused me to internalize shame and self hate, change who I am and hide my true self from this world. now I see that even though it seems it happened TO me, it actually happened FOR me, and I know that we are all one. Just for my anxiety!

There is something about your voice that puts me into this meditative state where I actually can't feel my body anymore .. It actually scared me for a second at the end (still new to this) .. but it was amazing before that
