Excellent Guided Meditations That Work

Guided Meditation Bundle is top-notch. This has a variety of meditations with four different guides. They can either be listened to for falling asleep or relaxation and stres/anxiety relief. They're professionally done and they work. I love the Mindfulness Meditations and here they give you over five hours of wonderful relaxation. Whether it's someone's first time for meditation or someone who meditates regularly, this is a great bundle. One of the best. The guides are simply amazing. Their voices are calming and very nice to listen to.

Meditation Bundle

This begins with an overview of the value and variety of kinds of meditation. It follows it up with several examples of guided meditation, including multiple settings and narrators.

It is worthwhile. Most of the meditations are also available independently, I'd you prefer.

Wonderful introduction to meditation

I've been trying to learn more about meditation and mindfulness, as it appears to have significant health benefits. The problem is that there haven't been good ways to start -- books about meditation don't translate well into the actual practice of meditation, and phone apps aren't always practical.

This bundle of audiobooks has been a great way to learn about meditation and let myself be guided into the practice. I'm very much enjoying the introduction to mindfulness.

Very helpful!

This is so very helpful to me for dealing with my anxiety, stress, and sleep problems. This helped me relax and fall asleep so fast! This is well made. The narration is perfect for calming and soothing listening. I received this for free for an honest review.

When falling asleep during an audio is GOOD NEWS!

I don't always sleep well, and I was hoping this audio would help me to learn how to meditate and relax. Well, it certainly did that. I fell asleep during one of the meditations.

Seriously though, this is a mixture of instruction on meditation and guided meditations. They vary in length. One is ten minutes and a couple are an hour long. You can pick what works for you. I would definitely recommend this for beginners and for people who need to relax.
