I tried so hard to enjoy this one - I normally love Marian Keyes' books. I don't know if it was the narration or the overwhelming cast but it was difficult to follow who was who. I just lost interest half way through I'm afraid.

This book would have been so much easier and more enjoyable to listen to if one of the regular Marian Keyes narrators had read this story.

I adored this book! The characters were all fantastic, and their stories and motives complex. Marian Keyes narrating was so good, I loved hearing it exactly as the author had written it. There were many times I laughed out loud. I’ve loved all her books, but have to say this one was my favourite.

Why do authors have to put f words in when you can make a sentence sound just as good without it. Otherwise good story plot and readers melodic voice.

Adore everything Marian Keyes writes and this was no exception. I loved it and found myself totally absorbed in the story. Such an entertaining story and a great distraction from current events

It took a little while to get to know the many characters - but there was plenty of time to do this! I grew to love each and every one of them. There were many times I laughed out loud and several more where I frowned in frustration at the very normal but not so good behaviour of the Grown-ups. Then there were the times I cried.

This story is so beautifully drawn and the conclusion is very satisfying.

Marian's reading of the book is superb. Love love loved it.

What a beautifully written book, I couldn't stop listening. The characters were so consuming, Marian Keyes has done such a great job of making them all come alive. I wish there was more! the endings were so lovely I cried.

I loved this book! The amount of characters made it so hard to follow but it made my car journeys much more enjoyable! I enjoyed Marian's narration and really feel like she was able to capture the characters and take me on the journey. I found the characters relatable and thought this was a really great listen!
