I love this book!


I love this book! So many delicious recipes that address just about every physical ailment that is out there. What is also great about this book is that it gives information about the good and the bad of a variety of fruits and vegetables

Perfect narration

This is a nice book that contains many smote recipes that I can make with my new Vita Mix Blender. It was a reasonable price, and has a lot of recipes. Worth the price and I would recommend it.

The absolute best thing about this book is the education. Yes, the recipes are there, but explains why certain things mix while others don't, how to create your own recipes, and what to use depending on the goals you are trying to reach. Very grateful to these ladies.

something different

I have been using the recipes in this book for only a short time. I have not been on the smoothies every day but find they do work when doing them as described in the instructions.With summer coming and all the frozen fruits these smoothies have in them they will be a God send. Enjoy.

Great to listen

I have followed the Simple Green Smoothies website for about a year and always liked their smoothies, but found it tedious to constantly scroll through my phone looking for a recipe. I love having a hard copy book that I keep right next to my Vitamix. I will usually just search for an ingredient I want to use in the index, such as avocado or pineapple, and then find one that uses most of what I have on hand. They explain everything in great detail for those that are new to green smoothies, including how to substitute different ingredients.

This book caught my attention because the introduction discusses the health benefits of smoothies that are made with good ingredients and not artificial sweeteners or sugar.

Perfect narration

I haven't really tried it as a "diet", so I can't talk about weight loss. I'm on a medication that can absolutely kill your appetite, and sometimes I have to force myself to eat. The feeling is similar to trying to eat on an already full stomach, kinda makes you feel queasy and gross. But, you can't not eat, so I tend to reach for a lot of soups, smoothies, and other liquid meals. So if you have a kid that just will not eat, or someone who has a difficult time eating enough to stay nutritionally satisfied, this is a great book to have around.

Fantastic Guide for Beginners!

This book has changed my outlook on nutrition and has helped motivate me to incorporate more fruits and healthier foods in my life. After I purchased this, I bought a new blender and headed to the store with the list they’ve prepared for you. It is great how they have the 10 day challenge laid out for you and the shopping lists divided up so you’re only buying a week at a time in order to have the freshest fruit.

The book is more than a recipe book.

The book is more than a recipe book. For example the introduction educates the reader how you can cure many ailments with a fruit and vegetable smoothie. I had no idea that these drinks could help with anti-aging, diabetes control, healthy skin, satisfy as a meal replacement and help out with weigh loss. I didn't even know what a smoothie was, until I listen this book.

love this recipes book

I have purchased this for my ipad, I love how we can download and have anywhere anytime. The cost was inexpensive too. I have made a few standard smoothies from the book and have had great end results.
