Summary isn't great. Wouldn't bother
Summary isn't great, it is to short. Wouldn't bother. There must be better versions available.
Learned much of this in highschool on FFA projects. The hedgehog concept is good & it does work, however with the evolution of technology it's outdated: the idea of outsourcing tasks to other companies & strategic elements of business to enhance bottom line preformance . What happened to the meat & potatoes of this meal...?
