Enlightening & illuminating read

This book highlights the importance of silence & space for clarity, reflections and contemplations in a world saturated with noise. It gives guidance on how to navigate a noisy world including noise within for self awareness and for mastering a better destiny…Hence becoming more aligned and harmonized with the universe.

I personally believe refinement is a life long process and not something you do very late in life.
