Publisher's Summary

Have you been diagnosed with PCOS and told, "You’re going to struggle to conceive", “just go on the pill and come back to see us when you want to get pregnant. We’ll deal with it then", “you won’t get pregnant on your own. IVF is your only option", or "you don’t need to lose weight, so changing your diet won’t help"?

In Getting Pregnant with PCOS, you’ll learn the truth. PCOS doesn’t make you infertile. You can ovulate and get pregnant naturally, and weight loss shouldn’t be the focus. The secret is to get to the root cause of your PCOS.

In this book, you’ll find:

  • An evidence-based approach to get to the root cause of your PCOS and improve your fertility.
  • The supplements, diet, exercise, and lifestyle changes that will have the greatest impact for you.
  • The medical treatments available to you, and their pros and cons.
  • And, most importantly, not just how to get pregnant, but how to have a healthy pregnancy and baby.

PLEASE NOTE: When you purchase this title, the accompanying PDF will be available in your Audible Library along with the audio.

The very best book on PCOS i have ever read

Wish I had found Clare and this book years ago! Now I’m my early 40s and trying for my second baby, I am confident that had I known this level of detail about my PCOS I would have avoided the years of heart breaking fertility treatment I’ve endured. I have been learning about my PCOS for 15 years, reading all the books and listening to all the podcasts - but none of them came close to conveying the science on the different PCOS types and treatment options as this book does. Now I desperately want to speak so Clare and pick her brains about my PCOS so I can get and stay pregnant for the last time xx

Accompanying PDF is in library under listen now

Great concise book really helped me as a spring board to start my journey. Considering not even needing to do a whole $900 series sessions with my nutritionist because this was so clear and helpful

Going to buy the hard copy! Invaluable!

So much knowledge just about conceiving, even if you don’t have PCOS it is worth the read!

Top read for anyone with PCOS

Absolutely adore this book! As a Nutritionist myself working in fertility I see so many patients with PCOS thinking IVF is their only option to create a family. Sadly this comes from a lot of mis-information often shared by other healthcare professionals that just don't have a complete understanding of this condition.
If you or someone you know has PCOS and has been 'misguided' into believing that this condition will make your conception journey a challenge, Claire shares her expert knowledge to explain why this isn't true alongside sharing incredible tips to help improve your symptoms and boost your fertility.
As someone who personally has Hashimotos, there was also some incredibly valuable information shared regarding this auto-immune condition alongside some others that often go hand in hand with PCOS, or PCOS-like symptoms.
