Publisher's Summary

Robert Kelsey’s What’s Stopping You? has become a self-help classic. His What’s Stopping You? books have helped thousands of people worldwide overcome their limiting beliefs and bash through their barriers to success.

Now Robert is back to help us defeat the obstacles that stop us achieving more in our everyday lives. Many of us have the greatest of intentions but find ourselves procrastinating, which results in low attainment and frustrated ambitions.

Grounded in solid psychological research Robert helps us examine why we might have these tendencies and how to overcome them in order to feel more together, in control and on-top of everything. This book looks at the psychology behind why we procastinate in order to understand and ultimately change our behaviour, to form new and effective habbits.

Get Things Done is emotional ergonomics for the organisationally-challenged individual - at home, at work, with themselves and with others.

The usual useless stuff

Gives a plan, but doesn’t address the issues surrounding not getting things done. Really, do you think we are so stupid that we haven’t thought of plans. Failure to be able to follow a plan is the issue. I have ADHD. I know. I plan all the time. But it hard to get started, even with plans to jobs I want to complete. I call it “The Motivational Hump”. It’s a neurophysiological deficit of ADHD.

GET THINGS DONE - By Robert Kelsey.

Interesting ride through the twists and turns.

I felt this book and speaker sparked a much needed wake up call in a part of my mind, less travelled.

A very much needed read of which I have only just started..
