there should be plenty of demand for Lorraine Murphy's self-help book, with sensible advice about time management, procrastination and goal-setting presented in an accessible way.

I can’t say how many “organisation” books I’ve read and they just don’t work. This one nailed it. Thank you Lorraine!! I feel so empowered, and have started implementing ideas, and am excited to change my life and already my future self is so grateful. Regarding the swearing that people have written, I didn’t even notice it, wasn’t phased at all; then again I’m Australian and of around same age as Lorraine, so not sure if that had something to do with it. Loved it!!

Lorraine has loads of practical tips for organising and her accent and reading is a pleasure to listen to. I've just finished the book in a few days and already a better functioning adult.
