Personal and Informative

In this audiobook, Brian shared some personal stories about how anxiety impacted his life, especially in dating. The story was quite entertaining to listen to because I’m sure many people who are dealing with anxiety could probably relate to. He gave a very informative step-by-step guide to how he handle his own anxiety. It was enjoyable to listen to. There was a few volume and pitch changes in certain part of the audio otherwise I would have rated a performance at 5. Overall, I really enjoy the book!

A valuable resource on dealing with anxiety

Very helpful content on how to learn more about anxiety. Features lots of valuable information on how you can deal with anxiety and panic attacks. The tactics that are available in the audiobook proved to be a valuable info and reminds us that there are tools to help you get out of your head. Highly recommended listen.

Handling fear and anxiety

I enjoyed this audiobook. It is very interesting how it breaks managing anxiety into an understandable, step-by-step-process. The author described situations useful for understanding that other persons have experienced unpleasant feelings and, with good advice, it is possible to feel better. I also found very helpful the "ten steps to getting out of your head." Highly recommended

Insightful and the Strategies were very helpful!

I’ll start this out by saying I have struggled with anxiety and depression, still sometimes do to this day. The strategies and ways to deal with and hopefully overcome those things I found were very helpful. The situations are very relatable and some I have found myself in, so it was kind of a relief to know I’m not the only one that can feel like this. I thought the narration was very good kept me engaged because I tend to sometimes space out. All in all I would 100% recommended this book to anyone especially if you’re struggling I think it could definitely help. Thank you Brian!

What a great audiobook for 2020 and beyond!

We are currently living in very uncertain times. 24 news media preaching doom and gloom, we've also become very disconnect from ourselves and even our loved ones in some instances. The current health emergency, political situations, social uncertainty all lead to anxiety in my opinion. This audiobook certainly goes a long way to overcome today's issues. There are many hints and tips which will certainly help with negative feelings, anxious moments, and dark thoughts. The author's own stories are immensely comforting, knowing that others have gone through these same experiences. Very interesting and thought-provoking.

A very straightforward and helpful guide

Mental health disorders like Anxiety are certainly becoming more common in times like these. Books like this need more recognition to help people suffering with Anxiety. This book vastly covers how to handle living with Anxiety and turn that negative into a positive, the author presents many methods to help you take control of your anxiety to develop a strong mindset.

Great book!

I thoroughly enjoyed listening to this book! The personal stories the author shares are ones I resonate with, which really helps me get a better sense when listening. I love that the author also narrated it themselves. You don't see that too often! I want to share this book with a family member as I know they struggle with anxiety, and I think the insights would really help them deal with that better. If you're looking for a book that will help, this is the one!

Amazingly valuable book

This book gives a clear and comprehensive look at understanding fear and anxiety. Also shows ways of overcoming it. The author not only conveys theoretical aspects of anxiety but also gives real-life examples which made me relatable so well while listening. Overcame anxiety on his own. Good Job Brian!

Brian talks about his his personal overcoming of anxiety and panic attacks. he does this by using his engineering background to create a non- medicinal approach that he used to personally beat it ! good job Brian!!!, he also narrates the book and does a very job of it

Great book to combat anxiety!

I've been suffering from panic attacks and exam anxiety since high school and never got much help on how to overcome it. "Get out of your head" has provided me with really useful tools that I have implemented straight away and have helped me reduce my anxiety and recognize my triggers. I feel a lot calmer already and confident that with time Ill be able to have very little to no anxiety anymore. Thank you so much!!

Life changing.

Thanks to this book I'm already getting better!

Thanks to the author and his knowledge I could even improve myself in somedays and control more my thoughts and my body as this book is full with really good techniques on how to get through and overcome anxiety. As I'm suffering a lot these periods when I'm going outside of the flat I got panic attacks but these books helped me to get trough it especially the mantras and meditations methods.
