I learned a lot from this audiobook.

For any level of muscle development you can find a bonus in here, techniques, thoughts , philosophies- interesting book for sure. Great start well worth the listen a few times take notes, don't over think it just follow the instruction. A good solid platform in terms of information.

Yes, you probably think you're the greatest person you know, but believe it or not, there are people out there with goals who do not think of themselves that way, so save your breath. For good life.

I'm three weeks in and I'm really inspired by the results. Not so much weight loss yet but I can tell I'm growing muscle. I'm just surprised at my comfort in the gym. I used to be totally intimidated by barbell squats and deadlifts. And now I do them without hesitation. I'm also comfortable doing free weights even though I work out by myself. The audio book was definitely a big help with that.
