It took Gabe a while to work out the mysteries of his lady love but when he did things were explosive! I loved the characters in this story including the many human friends of Gabe .. was a little disappointed in Kael’s responses when he appeared in the story but I’m hoping the situation will improve further on in the overarching storyline.

Nice to read the female hunting the male human- refreshing and different. Nice humor and devoted mixed bonding until they sort it out.

I thought the only story in this book was a female dragon and the intricacies in having a human mate. but Ruby cleverly disguises a Draconis dilemma into the mix and everything falls into place.. just when you think that Milena may be able to help, it turns out there is still angst and betrayal.
so even though this plotline is not as fast-moving or revealing as other stories it was still interesting and made me cross my fingers. there was great ideas in here especially as Gabe had to get creative and hotter than ever.... my favourite dragon Rast is part of this story and I just love him. and how cool is the baby story..plays straight into the h's life
loving it and I know the series is drawing to a close. but I also know there is a lot of loose ends to tie up. I have no doubt Ruby will put it all together.
narrator's just brilliant. good to hear Jeremy more in this one.
