Not for the squeamish or judgemental, this heart-wrenching account is beautifully read and portrayed. Your heart will break many times over with her honest account of her life and its descent into the dangerous path that led her to the
monster's door.

I can't get past the narrators voice, I would have enjoyed it so much more with someone else recounting the story. I recommend the paperback version

Nicely written but narrator is irritating

Despite enduring the worst treatment, Michelle Knight's attitude and message is so inspiring. Shows that evil doesn't always triumph over good.

Sad story, with an uplifting message
