About this listen

Final Exit is the most famous book on voluntary euthanasia and assisted suicide. There is unique step-by-step language for the competent adult who is terminally or hopelessly ill to bring their life to a peaceful, non-violent end if they wish. Final Exit outlines the legal complications connected with dying, death, hastened death, euthanasia laws, suicide, living wills, and advance directives. Derek Humphry explores the problems with life insurance, as well as the ethics of double suicide.

Please do not read this if you are depressed. Even though the book warns you not to the temptation still exists.

Unbeknownst to me, my 26 year old partner purchased and listened to this audiobook on my audible account which I shared with him. This book gave a step by step guide on how to take your own life. This book is the reason my sweet, caring, and loving partner knew how to take his own life. The fact that this is published and accessible to anyone online is absolutely horrendous. Does audible or the author of this book really expect severely depressed and suicidal people not to read this book if they find it? Because of this book I no longer have the love of my life. Because of this book I am a widow at 29 years old.

I’m disgusted this book is accessible to anyone
