Publisher's Summary

Her breathless kiss haunts him...

Bowen MacRieve of the Lykae clan was nearly destroyed when he lost the one woman meant for him. The ruthless warrior grew even colder, never taking another to his bed - until a smoldering encounter with his enemy, Mariketa the Awaited, reawakens his darkest desires. When sinister forces unite against her, the Highlander finds himself using all his strength and skill to keep her alive.

His slow, hot touch is irresistible...

Temporarily stripped of her powers, Mari is forced to take refuge with her sworn adversary. It's rumored that no one can tempt Bowen's hardened heart, but soon passion burns between them. Though a future together is impossible, she fears he has no intention of letting her go.

No deed is too wicked for her seduction...

If they defeat the evil that surrounds them, can Mari deny Bowen when he demands her body and soul - or will she risk everything for her fierce protector?

Wonderful

This was an amazing listen. The storyline was great, the romance a believable slow burn and finally a heroine who has some self respect and a backbone!

Definitely my favourite so far in this series 👌

Scottish voices - wow!

Love the way he does Bowen’s voice and the female voices are growing on me... all the male voices he does are swoon worthy and more ham make up for the female ones.

Wicked & sassy

Would you listen to Wicked Deeds on a Winter's Night: Immortals After Dark, Book 4 again? Why?

Definitely. I love the IAD series, specially the werewolves.

Which character – as performed by Robert Petkoff – was your favourite?

Bowen. I like Robert Petkoff's Scottish accent.

Did you have an emotional reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

This made me laugh out loud quiet a few times. When Bowen is depressed or feeling guilty, he's quiet cheeky & fun. Mariketa has a wicked side when she wants to taunt or tease Bowen.

Any additional comments?

I have read all the Immortals After Dark series & throughly enjoying them now in audio version. Both in paperback & audio all the wolf stories are my favourites. Great easy to listen to paranormal romance, with adventure, heartbreak, romance, steamy sex scenes & sassy characters you can't help but love & cheer for. This book has a lot of characters that will eventually get their own stories throughout the series, so is an important one to have read / listened to.

***OH MY LYKAE***

Bowen and Mariketa's book is one of my top 5 favourite of the IAD Series. I loved their story it has everything, this is an enemies to lovers probably one of the first ever written in this trope. Kresley Cole is a visionary, she had covered rejected mate trope as well. A brilliant writer. Robert Petkoff is a brilliant narrator, he is amazing who gives life to all the characters. Thank you.
