Switching time between past and present needs open mindedness on the part of the reader. Silly

I finished it because I thought it would improve - turns out the friend who recommended it neither finished it nor liked it either. The mixture of romance and time travel doesn't work for me.

I was dreaming about it

Brilliant book and narration. It’s loosely fan fiction for Saturday Night Fever- which was pleasantly unexpected. It has all of the mystery and intrigue of a crime thriller, but the whimsy that makes you wish it was real. I fell asleep thinking about my plot theories. A lucky coincidence- I was reading it on the dates it was set. It is amazing. And what a voice actor! I can almost do a convincing Brooklyn accent after listening to this!
