I just found it too depressing.

I had to stop listening to this well written book as the central incident, revisited again and again within the story, was just so disturbing and depressing.

1920 Detective Story with Twist

Interesting story set after World War One. Kept me listening keenly. Well written book with an excellent performance by reader. I will look for more books by author and/or reader.
