Disappointing protagonist

I’m so disappointing in Lucy’s character. She failed to show empathy and insight into the importance of Gab and his situation. What characteristics made Lucy a ‘Pegusus’?. She also claimed to want to be more then just ‘adorable’ but spent all her time with Gab ruminating about how he left her. I could not fall in love with her character at all and in fact, she ended up being the reason for his demise and instead, to me, became the villain of the story. Awful.

Amazing!

This book speaks to me in a way that I didnt know was possible. I feel like Jill made Lucy after the image of the love of my life! I loved listening to her struggle between 2 loves that pull her in two different directions but seem to always intersect. I love her relationship with Gabe and never wanted that to end but also feel for Darren and hope he forever gets to keep such an incredible women.
the fact that it was narrated by Jill herself really brought the emotion in her own words to life. she did a fantastic job.
Thankyou Jill.

What a horrible women

I stuck this story out because it was recommended. The main character was an over privileged idiot that drove me crazy with every decision she made. My recommendation would be to not waste your time.

Shocker

Don’t do it. Even if you’re in the mood for light fluffy chick lit. Predictable and plain boring
